I know, there are gazillion webpages offering ‘free wallpapers‘. Well, most of the times you end up running a tool like Spybot to remove the crap from your hard disk after a short visit. After you killed roughly half a gazillion gambling, life insurance, porn or pharmacy popups, that is.
Anyway, there is a sweet collection of high-resolution wallpapers over at InterfaceLIFT. Most of them come in widescreen versions as well, no pop-ups, no registration, no hassles. Enjoy!
It really is a great site. And no rubbish pics, as you find on many others.

Sorry to disappoint you dear, but Worth1000 is not exactly cutting edge avantgarde these days
Nonetheless do they feature quite some marvellous Photoshop works … last thing I recently noticed was the ‘If Goths ruled‘ and ‘If Goths ruled 2‘ contests … a couple of pretty neat ideas there although some ‘works’ are abysmal in quality and rather look like they have been done by a bunch of visually impaired chimpanzees playing around with Microsoft Paint.
Oh, I don’t care about avantgarde.
And I invite you to do better.
