Es ist amtlich. Wir werden von n00bs regiert. Ich bin schockiert. Ich hatte zwar natürlich nicht erwartet, dass unserer Regierung mit hardcore geeks besetzt ist, aber mit ein bisschen mehr Allgemeinbildung hatte ich schon gerechnet.

Überhaupt finde ich die ganze Bande derzeit enttäuschend bis beängstigend. Während ich gestern ja noch hoffnungsvoll an Angela geschrieben habe, wurde ich heute direkt bitter enttäuscht: “Bundeskanzlerin unterstützt Schäuble bei Diskussion um innere Sicherheit“.

Na jedenfalls bin ich über diesen Beitrag im hervorragenden Fontblog auf dieses Video gestossen. UN-GLAUB-LICH. Die bitterbösen Witze der besseren Kabarettisten und Satiriker sind …. gar keine Witze!

Ich kann es nur wiederholen — anscheinend gibt es Leute, die einfach unglaublich viel Zeit haben. Genug jedenfalls, um ein ASCII Video zu Rammsteins “Feuer Frei!” zu basteln. Als hätte die Lego-Version noch nicht gereicht.

Total sinnfrei, aber irgendwie beeindruckend…

Der Wahnsinn nimmt kein Ende — auch das bisher als eher harmlos eingestufte Spiel “Rollercoaster Tycoon” entpuppt sich als brutales Killerspiel!

Das erstaunt umso mehr, als dass dieses Spiel von der USK als “Freigegeben ab 6 Jahren gemäß § 14 JuSchG” gekennzeichnet wurde — dabei scheint es das Ziel dieses Spiels zu sein, einen terroristischen Anschlag gegen harmlose Familien in einem Vergnügungspark zu planen und durchzuführen (!!) — ein ähnliches Spielprinzip wie es auch dem bei Amokläufern äusserst beliebten “Kaunterschtreik” zugrunde liegt.

Einmal mehr zeigt sich, dass die USK nicht über die notwendige Kompetenzkompetenz verfügt, um den terroristisch-subversiven Einfluss durch neumodische elektrische Spiele effektiv abzuwehren!

Nachtrag: Auch wenn mir wirklich übel bei der Vorstellung wird, dass bereits Kinder mit diesem teuflischen Werkzeug an skrupellosen und menschverachtenden Terrorismus herangeführt werden, habe ich weiter recherchiert und Indizien entdeckt, die auf einen geplanten Anschlag in einem deutschen Vergnügungspark hindeuten. Die Behörden habe ich natürlich umgehend darüber informiert!

Das ist doch eine gute Gelegenheit mal auszuprobieren, wie WordPress 2.1 nun (nativ) mit Videoposts umgeht… Update: Klappt, gefällt mir aber doch nicht.

Those were the days! I stumbled upon this original muppet version of “manah manah” which really brings back childhood memories.

To be honest .. I found this over at Fleshbot when they featured an even older clip from a swedish softcore lesbian movie (which received a remarkable 8.0 out of 10.0 in viewer reviews over at imdb.com!!) — but who needs naked girls in saunas if you can look at these weird puppets?

That is … uhm … amazing! Here is the first porn production released under a creative commons license.

It is called “The Good Girl”, a 20 minutes film directed by sweet Erika Lust, who describes it as “the classic “pizza guy” porn flick revisited by Erika Lust, an indy porn director who added humour, passion and a female perspective to this porn cliche.“.

Although the attribute “average” applies to most aspects (from video quality to plot, not to mention the actors themselves…) it is still remarkable she released the shortfilm under a free license. Kudos, Erika!

Oh, one more thing: Unless english with a heavy (spanish?) accent is a turn on for you — do yourself a favour, turn the sound off and have something from your mp3 library instead.

Please note that this movie contains explicit sexuality and is most likely not suitable for minors!

According to Michal Levy Goethe once said (or wrote, for that matter) “Architecture is crystallized music“. So she took John Coltrane‘s jazz piece “Giant steps” and created an astonishing animation to visualize the tune with abstract architectural shapes.

The work is not exactly brand new, she did it as her graduation project for the visual communication department of the “Belazel Academy of Art and Design” (Jerusalem) in 2001 but I came across her homepage today and thought I’d better blog this

So watch the movie here (2:15 min.), make sure you have your sound up and running and probably bring a little patience as well, the file is 4.8MB and might take a couple of seconds to load (depending on your internet connection of course).

It is wonderful, is it not?
